A Bit About Me

I am a Product Manager and AI-native builder who ships. I founded PhiloRishi, a mental health app currently live on Google Play, where I owned the complete product lifecycle — from 15+ discovery interviews to a 56% store conversion rate (nearly 2x the industry average) and 100% install retention. I also co-founded atozeefinance, a tax and financial services platform serving clients across India.

 

My path here was not the usual one. I spent eight years preparing for India's toughest civil services examinations, eventually clearing a national-level policy making examination with Merit List Rank 627 out of 2.5+ lakh aspirants. I fell a lot during those years. Every fall sharpened the way I think — and slowly, my confidence began to build again, this time around products instead of policy.

 

That long preparation gave me something most PMs do not have: deep research methodology, the discipline to synthesize 10+ complex topics into clean frameworks, and the persistence to stay with hard problems until they yield. When I discovered product management in early 2024, the skills transferred almost line for line — only now I was solving real user problems instead of theoretical policy ones.

 

Over the last quarter, I delivered AI-accelerated product strategy and business analysis work across enterprise engagements in HR technology, retail, insurance, and manufacturing. The headline piece: a complete product strategy for an AI-powered HR onboarding platform — 12-page PRD, competitor analysis across six players, four user personas, a five-phase roadmap, and a 118-screen Figma prototype — delivered in six working days. It contributed to two enterprise customer acquisitions.

 

I use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Figma AI daily — not as crutches, but as force multipliers. AI accelerates the output. The product thinking, the user empathy, and the judgement calls are mine.
